Sumeru Skyleaf - Highrise

A design brief called for a residential Apartment. All design components address the significant urban concerns and integrate, complement enhance the existing matrix of the city. Each individual unit is carefully planned to respond to its specific position within the site. It utilises a combination of layering, screening, and cladding principles to break the building’s mass, while effectively screening the required building services and ensuring comfortable internal environment for the user. All materials used, from facade articulation to the hardscape and landscape elements, were selected to complement the existing palette and character of their surroundings.
This project comprises several interlinked components such as play area, yoga & amphitheatre, and entrance foyer.
